In situations where the power supply of board electronics is carried from a stationary power supply system or from 230/400Vac generator installed in the vehicle, power supply is used to provide power to the vehicle electronics.
ZRM family of stabilised power supplies manufactured by RM is characterised by the use of high performance energy conversion technology to obtain efficiencies of up to 96% of the full range of their work.Such a high efficiency parameter allowed for replacing a cooling fan with so-called passive cooling which in turn resulted in a significant reliability increase. The device efficiency is essential for the thermal balance of the vehicle which is taken into account during the design process of the vehicle air conditioning system. High efficiency of power supplies cause that only up to 10% of their electrical power is released into the environment as heat. Power supply has batteries charging functionality.
